Payments made are non-transferable between terms therefore I agree that I may elect to sell my unwanted classes or courses to other students.

DEFERRMENT
Deferrment of any course fee falls under the terms as stated here as an "exceptional case". Should I decide to defer my fee(s) paid for the current term, I agree that each session used will be deducted as per the value of the studio's current published casual rate. The remaining amount, derived from the total deduction based on the number of classes I have attended from the package, will then be deferred to the immediate following term. In the case of a pandemic lockdown nationwide, or if the studio chooses to cancel a class or close the studio, all deductions for the purpose of deferrment will be calculated based on the packaged price and not the published casual class rate.
All fees paid remain non-refundable NO MATTER WHAT REASON.
