Beginners’ Workshop

During your Beginner Pole course, you’ll be given the option to take this series of 3 workshops while waiting for your Intermediate 1 course to commence the following term.

These very special classes are designed to prepare your body for the upside-down world. They focus on ab/core work, and hip & back mobility, full-body stretching and important exercises to strengthen your arms & both upper and lower back.
